Rodenticide Bill Passes Through the State Legislature!

AB 1788, the bill that places a moratorium on the use of second generation anticoagulant rodenticides (SGARs) passed the State Senate with a vote of 23-7.

The bill was then given concurrence by the State Assembly with a vote of 46-11, at 10:17 pm, two hours before the Midnight deadline!

We are finally at the end of a long battle to protect wildlife!

Governor Gavin Newsom now has 30 days to sign the bill into law!
